Cancellation Policy

Sunshine’s Club Camp Booking Policy 1. Booking Confirmation • All camp bookings must be completed through our official registration system. • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration. 2. Payment and Fees • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s spot. • Payment details and deadlines will be provided upon registration. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy • Cancellations must be requested via email at admin@mothersofliving.co.uk at least 30 days before the scheduled camp start date. • Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will receive as full refund minus any administrative fees. • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the camp start date are non-refundable. • If a child is unable to attend due to medical reasons, a refund may be considered upon submission of a valid medical certificate. 4. Rescheduling Policy • Requests to reschedule to a different camp session must be sent via email at admin@mothersofliving.co.uk at least 30 days before the originally scheduled start date. • Rescheduling is subject to availability. If the requested session is full, we will provide alternative options. • If a request is made less than 30 days before the start date, rescheduling may not be possible, and no refunds will be issued. 5. No-Shows and Early Departures • No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows or early departures, except in cases of documented medical emergencies. 6. Camp Cancellations by Us • In the rare event that the camp must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, low enrollment), a full refund or alternative session will be offered. For all cancellation or rescheduling requests, please contact us at admin@mothersofliving.co.uk with your child’s name, booking details, and reason for the request.
